Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup pinon nuts

Preparation

Blend the pine nuts with the milk.
Boil condensed milk over medium heat, stirring so it does not stick and until it boils.
Add the pine nuts with the milk to the condensed boiling milk and keep moving with a wooden shovel until you see the bottom of the pan.
Remove from heat and keep moving until the pasta cools.
Empty on a platter, accommodating its shape and decorate with whole pine nuts.
