Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups self-raising wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • enough Water

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the dough: Beat the two eggs with the oil and the essence of vanilla to please. Then add the sugar little by little while mixing.
When you have all the previous ingredients integrated, add the cup of milk and the leavening flour intercaladamente. Place the mixture in a greased and floured mold.
For marbling: In a small saucepan add the cocoa with a little water. Bring it on fire until you get the liquid cocoa.
Then add the liquid cocoa to the preparation that is already in the mold. Finally, make some cuts with a knife in the dough so that the cocoa is incorporated and baked for 30 min. or until a knife comes out clean.

TIPS
