  • 36 Pulparindos (Hot and salted tamarind pulp candy)
  • 1 cup chilli powder
  • 1 cup cucumber, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 cup japanese peanut
  • 1 cup spicy gummy
  • 1 cup jicama, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup chamoy
  • 1 cup lemon, To accompany
  • 1 cup spicy sauce, To accompany


For the tortilla, place the tamarind pulp rectangles in a glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 20 seconds or until they soften a bit, take care not to overheat, so they don't caramelize.
On a table with plastic wrap spread the tamarind pulp candy with a rolling pin. With a round cookie cutter cut the tortillas and cover with chili powder. Set aside.
Arrange "tortillas" by way of a circle, filled with cucumber, carrot, Japanese peanuts, gummy candy and jicama. Serve with chamoy, lemon and hot sauce. Grab a taco and enjoy.


It is served in a round platter forming a circle with chamoy and accompanied with lemon juice.
