Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 grams almond flour
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 grams sweet potato, Cooked
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups pinion

Preparation

Preheated oven 180 ° C
In a bowl mix the almond flour and sugar, add the sweet potato and knead until forming the marzipan, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Form small balls and cover with pine nuts until they are perfectly covered. Varnish with the yolk and bake for 5 minutes.
