Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Beat the cream cheese and the nesquik in a medium bowl until well blended.
Place 2 full spoons of the mixture in the center of each puff pastry.
Wet the inside edge of each square with water. Join the square by squeezing well to form a portfolio.
Place it on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
