These soft, fluffy and delicious corn leaf cajeta tamales accompanied with a little nut will be your perfect dessert for an afternoon and the best dumbbell of a delicious atolito. Adding cajeta to the dough gives it moisture and makes it have a much more pleasant consistency when eating them. This is a version of favorite sweet tamales from the Mexican palate since it has the perfume of anise, walnut and the sweetness of the cajeta.
These cajeta tamales are perfect for sharing on special occasions, as well as for breakfast, lunch or dinner any day of the week. They are easy to prepare and have a flavor that will make anyone who tries it fall in love.
