Delicious dessert rich in fiber and collagen, this delicious tapioca with a coffee flavor is an excellent option to enjoy something different and certainly for coffee lovers, they will love it.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 grams tapioca
  • 2 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 piloncillo
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee

Preparation

Mix condensed milk, evaporated milk and soluble coffee in a container. Reservation.
Soak the tapioca in half a glass of water for 10 min.
While boiling the rest of the water with cinnamon, piloncillo and vanilla.
Add the tapioca with the water where it was steeped and continue cooking for 45 min on a slow fire while continuing to move.
Then add the mixture of milk and let boil for 10 minutes without stopping moving.
Chills and serves.
