Ingredients

10 portions
  • 145 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 eggs, big
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, yellow
  • 1/3 cups whipping cream
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Preparation

Heat the oven to 325ºF. Grease and flour a pancake mold 22 cm long. Sift the flour with the baking powder and set aside. Melt butter and let cool.
In a bowl of the blender put the eggs and beat them at medium speed to be well mixed, add sugar and salt and beat until the mixture with more consistency and a light yellow color, like 2 minutes.
Slow down and add the dry ingredients, with the lemon scrape alternating with the cream, in the end add the butter and it should be very well incorporated. Put the mixture in the mold and smooth it well with a spatula, bake for an hour and 5 minutes. Cool in mold for 10 minutes and then flip it on a platter.

PRESENTATION

It can be served sprinkled with icing sugar.

TIPS

It could be done in advance, wrap in plastic and freeze. Remove from the freezer the day before serving and thaw it in the refrigerator.

esto es una receta de un panque con azucar solo que la omiten la azucar en los ingredientes ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de quitarlo de las intrucciones
