A rich, easy and delicious dessert with a touch of citrus, this taxus mousse will delight you.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 taxo
  • 30 grams unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 leaves peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Liquify the Taxo (without water)
Prepare the gelatin
Apart beat the egg whites to the point of snow
Mix the ingredients and add adding little by little condensed milk sweetening to your liking
Freeze for 2 hours serve and garnish with mint leaves

PRESENTATION

They can garnish with chocolate powder or chantilly cream.

TIPS

You can change the Taxo with another fruit such as orange or seasonal fruit.
