This is a delicious dessert of tequila mousse, very Mexican and very refreshing. I like to prepare this dessert to finish the meal or dinner with a good taste in my mouth.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 200 milliliters tequila
  • 600 grams vanilla ice cream
  • 400 grams sugar, pathe bomb
  • 20 egg yolks, pathe bomb
  • 36 leaves gelatin, pathe bomb
  • 1 kilo flour, pathe bomb
  • 1 Biscuit, base genoice, pathe bomb

Preparation

Hydrate the grenetine in 50 ml of water, temper the snow, flame the tequila and add it to the snow, melt the hydrated gelatin in a water bath, and incorporate it with snow and tequila, work the pathe bomb as an Italian meringue, and incorporate in wrap all the ingredients and mount on top in genoice sponge cake and let stand in the refrigerator for about an hour.
