Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberry
  • 1 cup blackberry
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • 4 cups cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 2 cups cookie, ground
  • 3/4 cups butter, melted
  • enough corn syrup
  • blackberries
  • strawberries
  • rose petals
  • leaves peppermint

Preparation

For the blackberry puree, blend the strawberry, blackberry, sugar, cinnamon and water. Reservation.
Beat cream cheese, vanilla, whipping cream and icing sugar; Add the grenetina little by little.
Divide the previous mixture in two and add the blackberry puree you made. Reservation.
For the base of the cheesecake, mix the ground biscuit with the melted butter and form the base of the cheesecake in a mold. Cool 10 minutes.
Pour the cheesecake mixes alternately in the bowl and mix with a spoon, tap the mold to remove the air and cool for an hour.
Unmold, varnish with corn honey and decorate with fruit, rose petals and peppermint.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with corn syrup, strawberry, blackberries, rose petals and peppermint.

TIPS

If for some reason it takes longer to prepare, it gives a bit of heat to the cheesecake mixes with a water bath. The amount you add ground strawberry should be necessary so that it does not lose consistency and marbling can be done, it should not be very liquid.
