Ingredients

  • 3 cups of chocolate cookie for the chocolate base
  • 1 1/2 cups of Butter melted, for chocolate base
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream for chocolate cream
  • 2 cups of dark chocolate for chocolate cream
  • 1 liter of milk for the cappuccino flan
  • 1 box of Flan Flavor Capuchino D'Gari® (84 g) for cappuccino flan
  • enough of dark chocolate melted, to decorate
  • enough of almond toast, to decorate
  • enough of cookie waffle to decorate

Preparation

Process the cookies for 5 minutes, until you have a semi-fine powder.
Mix the cookie powder with the butter.
Place nonstick plastic on a cake pan, add the cookie mixture and compress until it has a firm base. Then freeze for 20 minutes and reserve.
Heat the cream, remove from heat and add the chocolate; mix until integrated. Let cool and reserve.
Pour the chocolate cream on the cookie base and freeze for 8 hours. Reservation.
Heat the milk, add the D'Gari® flan cappuccino flavor and mix until dissolved. Then reserve.
Pour the chocolate cream over and refrigerate until set.
Garnish with melted chocolate, roasted almonds and waffle waffles.

PRESENTATION

On a cake base, decorate with chocolate and sliced almonds.

TIPS

The temperature shock favors the curdling of the flan, so it is very important that at the time of adding it, the cookie base with the chocolate cream is completely frozen, so that it does not fall apart.
