Coffee tiramisu

This dessert is a classic of Italian cuisine, where it mixes the flavor of coffee, cocoa and cookies soletas. It is very rich and very easy to make, besides that you do not need an oven to prepare it.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 6 pieces of egg yolk
  • 1 1/4 cups of sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups of mascarpone cheese
  • 1 3/4 cups of whipped creams
  • 400 lady finger cookies
  • 6 spoonfuls of Water hot
  • 4 teaspoons of instant coffee
  • 2 cups of coffee liqueur
  • 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder

    Preparation

    Combine the yolks, sugar in a bowl in a bain-marie, stir.
    Cook for about 10 minutes on low heat, stir constantly.
    Remove the yolks and place them in a blender . Beat until the mixture thickens.
    Add the mascarpone cheese. Reserve the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
    In another bowl, beat the cream until it forms peaks, 5 to 7 minutes.
    Add the cream to the mascarpone cheese and stir in an enveloping way.
    Dissolve the coffee in the hot water and add the coffee liqueur.
    Wet the soletillas in the coffee mixture.
    Place in the mold a layer of soletillas and a layer of cream and mascarpone cheese. Repeat the operation until the container is covered.
    Pour the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cocoa.
    Refrigerate for several hours.

    PRESENTATION

    Place soletas around the dessert; to give a better presentation surround the tiramisu with a ribbon.

    TIPS

    Before placing the cream, cool it very well.

    Muy rica la receta pero demaciado licor! Hice dos porciones, una para adultos siguiendo la receta y la otra para niños, donde sustituí el licor por café descafeinado. A todos mis invitados les encantó la receta sin licor. La proxima vez solo le voy a agregar 1/4 de taza de licor de café. Las tres estellas es por el exeso de locor. PD. Usé Kalúa, tal vez no fué el licor de café correcto?

    muy bueno queda muy rico.... yo no encontraba el queso y lo sustituí por queso philadelphia quedo muy bueno

    Hola Berenice, la receta original lleva queso mascarpone pero lo puedes sustituir sin problemas por queso crema. Saludos :D
