Preparation
In a bowl sift the flour, the baking powder, the sugar and the cinnamon powder. Reservation.
Add the pieces of San Juan® Egg, the cream and knead until it has a smooth and homogeneous consistency. Place in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Slightly crush the glories with the help of your hands to make them thinner. Reservation.
Shape the gorditas with your hands and fill them with the milk glories.
On a comal over low heat, cook the gorditas for 5 minutes on each side. Reservation.
Accompany with a coffee pot.
