  • 100 grams of cookie chocolate
  • 45 grams of Butter at room temperature
  • 210 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 250 grams of whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 envelopes of natural gelatin
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water hot
  • 75 grams of White chocolate
  • 75 grams of milk chocolate chip
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of Hazelnut cream
  • 15 grams of dark chocolate

    Preparation

    Crush chocolate cookies
    Mix the ground chocolate cookies with the butter at room temperature until they form a paste and line the bottom of the mold. Refrigerate approximately 40 to 60 min.
    Beat the cream cheese with the cream to beat and the sugar until they are integrated.
    Hydrate the grenetine with 3 tablespoons of water. Let stand for a minute or so. Then pour the hot water over the hydrated gelatin until integrating.
    Once prepared the grenetina, add to the cream cheese mixture. Do it in the form of thread while the blender is on.
    Melt chocolates in a bain-marie or in a microwave oven.
    Separate the cheese mixture in two equal parts
    In one part incorporate the melted white chocolate, as well as the teaspoon of vanilla and continue mixing with balloon whisk.
    Do the same procedure with the other part of cheese. Only now add the chocolate with melted milk and the spoonful of nutella. Beat with balloon whisk.
    Remove the cookie base from the refrigerator. And pour the cheese mixes. First half of the white chocolate mixture and then half of the milk chocolate mixture. Then the last half of white chocolate and finally the chocolate milk.
    With a miserable spatula slightly mix to create the marbling effect.
    Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the cheseecake and with a toothpick to make the effect of the marbling
    Refrigerate preferably 24 hours before serving.

    PRESENTATION

    Place the cheescake on a special pie plate.
