No Bake Impossible Cake

For lovers of the rich combination of chocolate cake with creamy pudding, we created this impossible cake recipe without an oven. Prepare this classic cake and cook it on the stove, it will be perfect and without complications.

  • 1 cup sugar, for the caramel
  • 3/4 cups flour, for the cake
  • 1/8 cups cocoa, for the cake
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda, for the cake
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt, for the cake
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted, for the cake
  • 1/2 cups sugar, for the cake
  • 2 egg yolks, for the cake
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream, for the cake
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the cake
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate, melted for the cake
  • 2 egg whites, for the cake
  • 1 can evaporated milk, for the flan
  • 1 can condensed milk, for the flan
  • 4 eggs, for the flan
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence, for the flan
  • 3 tablespoons Rum, for the flan
  • to taste walnut, chopped, to decorate
  • to taste strawberry, in halves to decorate
  • to taste cookie waffle, to decorate


For the caramel, cook the sugar in a pot for 5 minutes until you have an amber caramel. Do not move it so that it does not crystallize. Pour over a cake mold and let cool.
For the chocolate cake, in a bowl mix the dry ingredients.
In a blender, whisk the butter with the sugar, add the yolks and whisk until they sponge, add the cream, the vanilla essence and the melted chocolate.
In addition, beat the egg whites until doubling in volume.
Add the powders to the yolk mixture in an enveloping manner and then gently mix the whites until they are fully integrated. Pour into cake mold with caramel and spread.
For the flan, liquefy the evaporated milk with condensed milk, eggs, vanilla and rum.
Pour the flan mixture over the cake with a soft spoon to avoid mixing, cover with aluminum foil, place in a bain-marie and cook on a stove over medium heat for 50 minutes or until cooked.
Chill and refrigerate at least two hours. Unmold and decorate with nuts, strawberries and cookies.


Take care when cooking on the stove, since the cake can burn easily, because the heat is direct.

Me gustaria saber el tamaño del milde utilizado, mi pastel se empezo a salir por un lado y el centro me quedo no cocido despues de estar en la estufa una hora y 5 min :(
