Ingredients

  • 125 grams coconut oil

  • 60 grams raw sugar
  • 120 grams seedless prune
  • 100 grams walnut
  • 125 grams oats, in flakes
  • 150 grams whole wheat flour
  • 2 apples
  • 15 milliliters lemon juice

Preparation

Place the melted coconut oil in a bowl, add honey, mashed sugar, pitted prunes cut into pieces or other dehydrated fruit. Mix.
Add the chopped nuts, oatmeal and add the flour that will give consistency to the preparation.
To integrate the green apples, grated without husk. Another option may be to add grated carrots or sweet pumpkin. To enhance the flavor of the apple, add a little lemon juice.
