Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 cup white rice, Cooked
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 liter lactose-free milk, Light
  • 1 cup lactose-free milk, Light
  • 1 branch cinnamon
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 cup bee honey
  • 1 teaspoon pistachio essence
  • lemon zest, to taste
  • 1 cup raisin
  • 1/2 cups strawberry, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups blueberry
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar

Preparation

In a deep non-stick pot, heat the water, when it is boiling add the cinnamon, the star anise, the pinch of salt, the lemon zest, the pistachio essence and mix.
When the previous mixture is boiling, add the rice, let it boil again and add the liter of milk. We cook over low heat without covering, as the preparation can be thrown away. When the boil comes out, let it cook for 15 min.
We gently move the preparation every 5 min.
Later we will add the raisins, the cup of milk and the cup of honey. Let cook for 15 min. more and remove from the fire.
To serve we mix the muscovado sugar with the blackberries and strawberries.

Serve in a deep plate.
