Creamy cold cake without oven with intense flavor of coffee and almonds. The ideal dessert to get out of trouble.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 400 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans condensed milk, (397 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee, (previously dissolved in 20 ml of water)
  • 200 grams almond, filleted
  • 500 milliliters milk
  • 50 milliliters Rum, or brandy
  • 150 grams chocolate sprinkles
  • 45 lady finger cookies

Preparation

Soften the butter in the blender at medium speed. Add the eggs, condensed milk and coffee.
Once incorporated everything, add the almonds and beat a little more. Reservation.
Mix the milk and liquor in a bowl or bowl.
Cover a rectangular mold with plastic (you can use a large plastic bag) and place the first 15 soletas, previously soaked in the mixture of milk and liquor. Cover with 1/3 of the mixture from step # 1. Repeat this step 3 times.
Finally cover the mold with a lid or with adherent plastic and refrigerate for 1-2 days.
Garnish with grainy or chocolate zest.

PRESENTATION

Unmold by helping with the plastic, place it on a platter and cover the top with the chocolate. Serve cold

TIPS

Refrigerate leftover portions to avoid fermentation of the butter.
