  • 100 grams tapioca pearl
  • 1/2 cups milk light
  • 1/4 cups condensed milk
  • 1 cup ice, (optional)
  • 1 cup fruit

Preparation

Heat the water until it boils, add the tapioca and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it is cooked; Strain into a bowl and add the light milk with the condensed milk and mix until integrated.
Place in crystal glasses and decorate with the fruit of your choice. Serve with ice.

PRESENTATION
