Ingredients

  • 1 cup tofu
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, cool
  • 3 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until very smooth.
