Ingredients

35 portions
  • 1/2 kilos flour, sifted
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 400 grams sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 1/2 kilos banana
  • 1 liter oil

Preparation

Mix the flour with the baking powder.
Beat the bananas with the sugar for a minute, add the flour and water little by little, until there is a thick mixture.
The mixture is left to stand for 1 1/2 hours.
Fry with the hot oil, small portions (1 tablespoon) of the mixture, forming small balls until finished.
Ready to eat.
