Ingredients

50 portions
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 4 egg whites

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Mix the sugar with the vinegar and the vanilla
Put the egg whites in a bowl, without passing any yolk and empty the previous mixture.
Beat with the blender to form a hard and consistent mixture.
Put in a tray covered with waxed paper, small quantities with a teaspoon. Bake for 25 minutes.

PRESENTATION

As they are hard and you can split them in half and place pieces of different fruits (strawberries, mango, kiwi).

TIPS

When they take off from the paper they will be well cooked.
