This recipe for traditional Neapolitan Flan can not be missing from your pastry recipe book.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 5 pieces of egg whole
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • 6 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder optional
  • 1 can of half cream (optional)
  • 1 piece of cream cheese 190 g (optional)

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 175 ° C,
    Sprinkle the sugar at the bottom of the mold where you are going to cook and burn it over the stove burner, let cool.
    Blend all the ingredients until they are incorporated very well, add to the mold that the sugar will be cold and hard.
    Put it in the oven in a bain-marie (inside another mold with a little water) take care that no water enters the pudding. If you do not want to brown it, cover it with aluminum foil.
    Leave it in the oven for 45 minutes at approximately 170 ° and until you chop it with a knife and it comes out clean. If at that time you want to brown it remove the foil and let it brown for 10 minutes. Take it out and let cool. Refrigerate and unmold it, enjoy it cold.

    TIPS

    If you want to make a more delicious version follow all the same steps but add, 1 can of half cream and a cream cheese philadelphia, you will make a sensational version. Enjoy it.
