Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups flour, sifted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese, (at the time)
  • 3 teaspoons royal baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 225 grams butter
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk, to bathe him
  • 1/2 cups Carnation milk, to bathe him
  • 4 teaspoons brandy, to bathe him

Preparation

Beat the butter with the sugar to make it creamy, add the cream cheese and continue beating, add the eggs one at a time.
Sift the flour with the royal three times and add it to the mixture alternating with the milk, starting and ending with flour.
Grease a mold of 28 cms in diameter, putting a circle of paper which is also greased, flour, empty the mixture and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 180 ° C.
Unmold and cool, mix the milk with the brandy and bathe cake and unmold.
Put on a glaze with 1 cup of sifted iced sugar with 2 tablespoons of warm milk and a little vanilla. On the sides put a little condensed milk and chopped walnuts. Garnish with peach slices and nuts.
You can also decorate the top with cajeta.
