Tres Leches Cake with Churros

Fluffy and soft cake soaked in three milks that will give you the perfect moisture to cover it with dulce de leche, and topped with freshly made churros stuffed. This delicious cake is going to be the sensation that you will love it.

Ingredients

30 servings
  • 4 cups of Water for churros
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt for churros
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar for churros
  • 1 piece of cinnamon stick slices for churros
  • 1 teaspoonful of nutmeg for churros
  • 2 spoonfuls of vanilla for churros
  • 3 1/2 cups of flour for churros
  • enough of oil to fry
  • 4 spoonfuls of ground cinnamon to cover churros
  • 1 Cup of sugar to cover churros
  • 1 Cup of dulce de leche (caramel) to fill churros
  • 375 grams of Butter for the cake
  • 1 1/4 cups of sugar for the cake
  • 1 Cup of condensed milk for the cake
  • 11 pieces of egg for the cake
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour sifted, for the cake
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder for the cake
  • 2 cups of condensed milk three milks
  • 2 cups of evaporated milk three milks
  • 2 cups of whole milk three milks
  • 4 cups of dulce de leche (caramel) to cover cake

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Heat a small pot over medium heat with the water until it reaches a boiling point, add the salt, sugar, cinnamon in slit, nutmeg and vanilla extract, remove the cinnamon, add the flour and mix well to form a Thick dough, remove from heat and cool.
    Enter the mixture in a sleeve with a starry duya. Drop the mixture forming the churros, over hot oil. Fry for 3 minutes or until cooked.
    Drain on absorbent paper and roll in sugar. With the help of a skewer stick, sauté the churros and fill with dulce de leche. Reservation.
    For the cake, add the butter with the sugar, add the condensed milk and the egg one by one, add little by little flour and baking powder sifted. Add until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
    Divide the mixture into two molds, one larger than the other, and bake 30 minutes or until cooked. Chills and releases.
    For the three milks, combine condensed milk with evaporated milk and whole milk. Mix and soak the cakes, refrigerate and re-soak. Repeat until you get a moist cake.
    Place the small cake on the large one and cover with a thin layer of dulce de leche. Refrigerate
    Decorate the cake completely covering with churros, place a ribbon around it.

    PRESENTATION

    Add the dulce de leche to the cake and cover with churros stuffed all around, wrap with a ribbon and form a bun.

    TIPS

    Cools perfectly the cake when you have the dulce de leche to decorate.
