Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat a small pot over medium heat with the water until it reaches a boiling point, add the salt, sugar, cinnamon in slit, nutmeg and vanilla extract, remove the cinnamon, add the flour and mix well to form a Thick dough, remove from heat and cool.
