  • 2 teaspoons Orange zest, for the three milks
  • 1/4 cups butter, for bitumen

In a bowl add the Three Stars ® French Vanilla Flavor Cake Flour, the milk, the egg one by one and mix. Pour in the vegetable oil and the orange zest; beat until creamy consistency.
Grease a refractory with butter, pour the mixture and bake at 160 ° C for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven. With the help of a fork, make small holes throughout the cake. It cools.
For the three milks, mix in a bowl the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, the half cream and the orange zest.
For the cream cheese bitumen, in a bowl beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add the icing sugar, vanilla and whipping cream; mix until you have a homogeneous consistency.
For the candied orange, heat water in a pot over medium heat, add the oranges and cook for 10 minutes. Drain.
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the sugar with the water until obtaining a syrup, add the oranges and cook for 10 minutes. Chill, remove from the syrup and reserve.
Once the cake is cold pour the mixture of 3 milks. Cover the cake with the bitumen, decorate with the candied orange and the lemon twist.

Cover the cake with the bitumen and decorate with the candied orange. Remember to cool the cake before serving.

Cooking oranges in water will remove the bitter taste that the natural acidity of the fruit can generate. It is also important to cool the candied oranges on an extended tray, it will be easier to handle them later.
