In a bowl add the Three Stars ® French Vanilla Flavor Cake Flour, the milk, the egg one by one and mix. Pour in the vegetable oil and the orange zest; beat until creamy consistency.
Grease a refractory with butter, pour the mixture and bake at 160 ° C for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven. With the help of a fork, make small holes throughout the cake. It cools.
For the three milks, mix in a bowl the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, the half cream and the orange zest.
For the cream cheese bitumen, in a bowl beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add the icing sugar, vanilla and whipping cream; mix until you have a homogeneous consistency.
