These delicious palettes of three colors simulating the Mexican flag, are the perfect dessert for these national holidays. They have a refreshing layer of kiwi with mint, followed by a creamy coconut layer and finish with a sweet strawberry layer. Try them!

Preparation
Blend the kiwi with mint, water and sugar until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour into the palette molds to fill a third of them. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
Blend the coconut milk with the sugar and pour over the first layer. Freeze until it is solid but the pallet stick can enter.
For the last layer, liquefy the strawberries with water and sugar and pour over the coconut layer.
Insert the sticks for palette and freeze 1 hour and a half or until they are firm.
Desmolda and serves.
