Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups blackberry, for the jello water
  • 2 cups grape juice, for the jello water
  • 3 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and melted, for the water jello
  • 2 cups natural yogurt
  • 190 grams cream cheese, in cubes
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Nestle media creama
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 3 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and melted
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal color additive, pink or purple
  • enough whipped cream, to decorate
  • enough strawberry, to decorate

Preparation

Blend the blackberries with the grape juice and the greenery until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Strain the preparation.
Place the cups in a cupcake mold or in a smaller bowl at 45 ° (113F). Pour the grape jelly carefully and refrigerate until set, taking care not to move so that the gelatin remains tilted.
Meanwhile, liquefy the natural yogurt with the cream cheese, the evaporated milk and the half cream liquefy until obtaining a homogeneous mixture, the honey and little by little add the gelatin without stopping the liquefying.
Divide the mixture into two equal parts and paint one of the mixtures with vegetable dye. Once the blackberry gelatin is curdled, turn the cups over the mold or bowl at 45 ° (113F)but towards the opposite side. Fill with the colored gelatin and refrigerate until set.
Remove the cups from refrigeration and place them on a flat surface, so that they are straight. Fill each glass with the white gelatin and return to the refrigerator.
Once set, decorate the glasses with whipped cream and strawberries. Enjoy

TIPS
