If you don't like to share your gelatin with anyone, it is best to prepare this recipe for Triple Layer Gelatin Cups, which you can take with you to any corner of your home. Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cups of blackberry for the jello water
  • 2 cups of grape juice for the jello water
  • 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin hydrated and melted, for the water jello
  • 2 cups of natural yoghurt
  • 190 grams of cream cheese in cubes
  • 1 Cup of evaporated milk
  • 1 Cup of Nestle media creama
  • 1/2 Cup of honey
  • 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin hydrated and melted
  • 1 tablespoon of Vegetable food coloring pink or purple
  • enough of whipped cream to decorate
  • enough of Strawberry to decorate

    Preparation

    Blend the blackberries with the grape juice and the greenery until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Strain the preparation.
    Place the cups in a cupcake mold or in a smaller bowl at 45 ° (113F). Pour the grape jelly carefully and refrigerate until set, taking care not to move so that the gelatin remains tilted.
    Meanwhile, liquefy the natural yogurt with the cream cheese, the evaporated milk and the half cream liquefy until obtaining a homogeneous mixture, the honey and little by little add the gelatin without stopping the liquefying.
    Divide the mixture into two equal parts and paint one of the mixtures with vegetable dye. Once the blackberry gelatin is curdled, turn the cups over the mold or bowl at 45 ° (113F)but towards the opposite side. Fill with the colored gelatin and refrigerate until set.
    Remove the cups from refrigeration and place them on a flat surface, so that they are straight. Fill each glass with the white gelatin and return to the refrigerator.
    Once set, decorate the glasses with whipped cream and strawberries. Enjoy

    TIPS
