Preparation
Pre warm the honor to 150 degrees centigrade. Grease two circular molds to bake cake with vegetable spray.
Melt 1 cup of the chocolate chips with the butter in the microwave. Mix until the chocolate is completely melted. Pour into a large deep bowl.
Add the sugar and whisk with an electric mixer . Add the eggs and vanilla and continue whisking. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix well. Add the water and the remaining cup of chocolate chips and finish whisking.
Pour the mixture into baking pans and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow them to completely cool.
While the cake is cooking, prepare the filling. In a deep bowl beat butter and margarine until fluffy.
Add the vanilla and mix. Add the sugar and beat well.
Add the milk and beat until the filling is fluffy.
Divide the bitumen in two parts and part add the white chocolate and mix well.
Take a cake and cover it with the white chocolate filling, place on the other cake and decorate with butter and vanilla bitumen.
