Ingredients

20 servings
  • 2 cups of bittersweet chocolate chip
  • 1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of Water
  • wheat pasta FOR THE BETUN
  • 3/4 of Cup of unsalted butter
  • 3/4 of Cup of margarine
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
  • 6 cups of powder sugar
  • 1/3 of Cup of milk
  • 200 grams of White chocolate

    Preparation

    Pre warm the honor to 150 degrees centigrade. Grease two circular molds to bake cake with vegetable spray.
    Melt 1 cup of the chocolate chips with the butter in the microwave. Mix until the chocolate is completely melted. Pour into a large deep bowl.
    Add the sugar and whisk with an electric mixer . Add the eggs and vanilla and continue whisking. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix well. Add the water and the remaining cup of chocolate chips and finish whisking.
    Pour the mixture into baking pans and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow them to completely cool.
    While the cake is cooking, prepare the filling. In a deep bowl beat butter and margarine until fluffy.
    Add the vanilla and mix. Add the sugar and beat well.
    Add the milk and beat until the filling is fluffy.
    Divide the bitumen in two parts and part add the white chocolate and mix well.
    Take a cake and cover it with the white chocolate filling, place on the other cake and decorate with butter and vanilla bitumen.

    PRESENTATION

    Use a pastry bag when placing the bitumen to apply decorations on the cake.

    Desde hace poco que conozco este blog, he probado algunas de sus recetas y me han fascinado. Estoy en proceso de aprendizaje, y la verdad que me gusta mucho la reposteria, hace poco hice un bizcocho de chocolate que me salió buenísimo. Gracias por compartir las recetas! Sigue asi!
