Preparation
Mix the yolks and cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of milk
Put the milk (2 cups) with the sugar, vanilla and chocolate in a bowl. Add the previous mixture until it boils. Let it cooldown.
Beat the butter and add the previous mixture.
In a container place the first layer of cookies, with a spoon dip the biscuit with milk, put the chocolate cream on it, make several layers repeating the same procedure, in the end leave a layer of wet cookies.
Beat cream, chocolate and icing sugar until peaks form.
Place the next mixture on top of the cookies until covered. Garnish with grated white chocolate and strawberries.
