Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Heat the milk in a pot over medium heat with the cinnamon. Reservation.
Beat the yolks, with the sugar, the cornstarch and the vanilla essence, until they change color slightly.
Add little by little the hot milk to the yolks, return the preparation to the fire and cook without stopping to move until it has a creamy and thick consistency.
Pour the preparation into cake molds and let cool.
Place on a tray, sprinkle little sugar and bake for 10 minutes to caramelize.
