They are simple vanilla cupcakes but very rich with a delicious butter bitumen all very easy and fun to make.

Ingredients

24 portions
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 cup sugar, refined
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cups vegetable shortening
  • vegetal color additives
  • 1 cup butter, for bitumen
  • 3 tablespoons milk, for bitumen
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla, for bitumen

Preparation

Turn the oven to 170c or 375f and prepare the molds for the cupcakes.
In a large bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt. In another bowl beat the 1/2 cup of butter until it forms peaks, add the sugar and beat until well blended, add one egg at a time.
Start to introduce the flour mixture little by little into the butter until it is completely incorporated. Add a tablespoon of vanilla and mix for 2 minutes.
Divide the mace into the mold of cupcakes and let sew for 10 minutes or until ready. Allow to cool before embarking.
Butter bitumen In a medium bowl hover the 4 cups of icing sugar. In another large bowl beat 1 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of vegetable shortening until it is smooth and forms peaks.
Add half of the sugar to the butter and beat by cleaning the bowl on the sides, add a tablespoon of milk and whisk again. Add the other half of the sugar, one more spoonful of milk and beat again. Finally, add the last spoonful of milk along with the vanilla spoonful and beat until everything is well incorporated and the bitumen is white.
Decoration To decorate the cupcakes, we divide the bitumen into several bowls and make the desired color with the vegetable colors, and here the cupcakes can be decorated as they like, with edible confetti, sweets, chocolates, etc.

TIPS

For bitumen it is advisable to use gel color so not so much bitumen water. Already there are cupcakes can be decorated to the taste of anyone.

Excelente receta, quedaron muy ricos, el único detalle que le veo es que no dice en qué momento se le agrega la leche, pero quedan muy bien!
