Vanilla Flotatin

Prepare this delicious vanilla floatine covered with rich strawberry jelly. It is extremely rich, very creamy on the inside and acidite on the outside. Best of all, you just need to liquefy and that's it. The ideal dessert to share with your family.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of milk for vanilla jelly
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream for vanilla jelly
  • 3/4 of Cup of condensed milk for vanilla jelly
  • 2 spoonfuls of vanilla for vanilla jelly
  • 4 envelopes of grenetina for vanilla gelatin (7 gc / u) hydrated
  • 4 cups of Water hot
  • 1 on of strawberry gelatin
  • 2 spoonfuls of Red colorant
  • to taste of Strawberry in rooms, to decorate.

    Preparation

    For vanilla gelatin, milk is liquefied with cream, condensed milk, vanilla essence and grenetine.
    Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
    Meanwhile, dissolve the strawberry gelatin powder in the hot water, add the red vegetable dye and let it cool, taking care that it does not set.
    Carefully remove the vanilla jelly from the mold and pour the strawberry gelatin, trying to insert it on the sides and encapsulate it. Fill until completely covered and the vanilla float.
    Refrigerate until set, unmold and serve with sliced ​​strawberries.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with strawberries in the center.

    TIPS

    Grease your mold to make it easier to unmold.

    Yo cambie la vainilla y fresa por trozos de melocotón y quedo súper, lo malo es que al añadirle el melocotón se cargo de peso y no floto mucho pero quedo con un piso de gelatina de uva jajajjaaja
