Ingredients

24 portions
  • 6 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 grams butter, or margarine
  • 1 cup vanilla essence
  • 2 cups milk
  • 24 baking cups

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. In a bowl sift the flour and set aside.
Stir butter at room temperature with egg and vanilla essence in a bowl.
Add flour, baking powder, sugar and milk. Mix until there are no lumps. Grease a tray for 24 pancakes.
Place the cups in each of the pancake molds. Fill the molds with the mixture. (It should only be filled to 3/4 of its capacity)
Bake for 25 min. or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean. Once well baked, they are removed and left to cool.

TIPS

They can be decorated with walnuts before putting them in the oven. Another is to beat chocolate powder to one half of the mixture and when placing in the molds alternate both mixtures.
