Preparation
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. In a bowl sift the flour and set aside.
Stir butter at room temperature with egg and vanilla essence in a bowl.
Add flour, baking powder, sugar and milk. Mix until there are no lumps. Grease a tray for 24 pancakes.
Place the cups in each of the pancake molds. Fill the molds with the mixture. (It should only be filled to 3/4 of its capacity)
Bake for 25 min. or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean. Once well baked, they are removed and left to cool.
