This yoghurt ice cream is a great accompaniment to a dessert. You can prepare it with pure dairy-free ingredients to make it healthier.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups yogurt, of vanilla, optional: yoghurt without dairy
  • 1 cup almond milk, or normal milk
  • 1/2 cups coconut milk, With fat
  • 1/4 cups sugar, or agave honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until everything is incorporated. Try and add more sugar if necessary.
Place the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and freeze according to the instructions of your ice cream machine.

TIPS

It comes out a little more than 1 liter.
