A vegan and healthy cake is possible with this baking recipe. Filled with white chocolate and matcha, this volcano is spongy on the outside and soft and melted on the inside. Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of White chocolate melted, for the ganache
  • 2 spoonfuls of matcha powder, for the ganache
  • 1/4 of Cup of whipping cream vegetable, melted for the ganache.
  • 1/4 of Cup of flour
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 3 spoonfuls of matcha powder, sifted
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter to grease mold
  • 1 teaspoonful of matcha powder, to cover mold
  • enough of White chocolate grated to decorate
  • enough of matcha to sprinkle
  • enough of green apple to decorate
  • enough of Kiwi to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
    In a bowl, mix the white chocolate with the matcha and the vegetable whipping cream, whisk until it integrates and freeze.
    In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, matcha, oil, vanilla essence, almond milk until all ingredients are integrated.
    Grease your molds with butter and cover with matcha, then form small balls of 10 grams. Add the mixture by half, place the ganache ball and cover with the rest, bake for 18 minutes and remove from mold.
    Sprinkle with matcha, white chocolate, apple and kiwi.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with matcha, white chocolate and fruits.

    TIPS

    Remember not to bake it again so that the filling is completely liquid.
