If you like charlotte, you have to try this different and delicious version that you cannot miss. In this recipe for charlotte, different biscuit flavors are applied and a sweet and soft touch is added thanks to the Chantilly® Top Cream vanilla 460 grams. You will love this Charlotte!

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 boat Chantilly® vanilla top cream
  • 3/4 cups dulce de leche
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • chocolate cookie
  • 2 cups pecan nut, chopped and toasted

Preparation

Beat the 460 g Chantilly® Top Cream vanilla cream with the help of a mixer or a balloon until double in size, add ground cinnamon and the dulce de leche, beat delicately in an enveloping way, or very slowly if you do it in a mixer; refrigerate until use.
Place a chocolate cookie base, add the 460 g Vanilla Chantilly® Top Cream that you prepared with the help of a sleeve, spread and shape the cream using a spatula; Sprinkle the walnut and repeat the operation until the charlotte is formed.
Finish with a layer of cream and walnuts, freeze 30 min and serve.

PRESENTATION

Add a layer of cream and walnuts at the end.

TIPS

Make sure to whip the cream when it is very cold, so it will inflate faster.
