Ingredients

12 portions
  • 500 grams chocolate frosting, white
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 5 drops vanilla extract

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and tempura.
Beat the butter together with the cream cheese, until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Add white chocolate and vanilla. Mix until you achieve the desired consistency.

PRESENTATION

It can be used with any cake. My preference is the velvet red and decorate with raspberries to give an acid touch that contrasts with the sweetness of chocolate.

TIPS

The butter and cream cheese should be at room temperature. The melted chocolate can not be hot because it will melt the other ingredients.
