White chocolate cake with biscuit base, with few ingredients and very simple and quick to make.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 225 grams cookie, crushed (I use digestive)
  • 100 grams butter, melted
  • 300 milliliters cream, riding
  • 350 grams white chocolate chip, chopped
  • 250 grams mascarpone cheese
  • cocoa powder
  • blackberries, to taste

Preparation

In a bowl mix the very chopped biscuit with the melted butter to form a paste. Put it in the base of the mold and put in the fridge.
In a saucepan, boil the cream while stirring, remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate and stir until completely melted, let cool.
When the chocolate with the cream is cold add the mascarpone cheese stirring slowly, distribute the blackberries along the base of the biscuit and leave at least 2 hours in the fridge.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder.

PRESENTATION

Unmold and present with cocoa powder, chocolate canutillos, ect.

TIPS

If you do not like white chocolate you can substitute milk chocolate or black chocolate, always of good quality.
