Preparation
Preheats the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a baking sheet with waxed paper.
Melt chocolates and butter in a bain-marie.
In an electric mixer beat the sugar, eggs, vanilla and melted chocolate.
In another bowl mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the moist ones from little to little and continue beating.
With a spoon place spoonfuls of the mixture on the tray to make 36 cookies make sure they are approx. 2 cm's separated so that they do not stick.
Bake for 6 minutes or until trying to crush them to boil again.
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool. Return half of the cookies to the tray by turning them up
Place a marshmallow between each of the cookies in the tray and return to the oven. Bake for 3 minutes.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 1-2 minutes and cover with the other cookies.
