Prepare these rich jelly green apple glasses, made with light yoghurt gelatin and a rich apple compote with cinnamon that give it a delicious twist. It is ideal to eat at the time of the craving!

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 box of Gelatin D'Gari® light green apple flavor (25 g)
  • 1 liter of Water (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • 1 box of Gelatin D'Gari® light flavor yoghurt apple green light 25 g
  • 1 liter of milk light (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • 2 pieces of green apple in cubes and with peel
  • 1 teaspoonful of cornstarch
  • 1/3 of Cup of Water cool
  • 1 tablespoon of bee honey
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of ground clove
  • to taste of cinnamon stick slices to decorate

    Preparation

    Hydrate D'Gari® light green apple flavor gelatin with ½ liter of water at room temperature and for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling water and incorporate.
    Fill half of each cup with gelatin and refrigerate until set.
    Meanwhile, dissolve the D'Gari® light gelatin flavor green apple yoghurt light with ½ liter of milk at room temperature for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling milk and incorporate. Cools taking care not to curdle.
    Fill the glasses leaving only ¼ of the empty glass and refrigerate until set.
    For the compote, in a pot cook the apples with the starch dissolved in the water, add the honey and the spice and cook until the apples are cooked. Chill
    Pour two to three tablespoons of compote into each glass and decorate with cinnamon.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with applesauce and a slice of cinnamon.

    TIPS

    It is important that you wait for each layer to set well before pouring the other, to avoid mixing.
