Try this rich and fresh dessert that you will love because of the combination of textures that it has. Yogurt mousse on a crispy chocolate base and covered with homemade red fruit jelly. The best thing is that you do not need an oven to prepare it.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 cups of chocolate cookie for the base
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted, for the base
  • 2 spoonfuls of Hazelnut cream
  • 1 1/2 cups of yogurt Greek
  • 1/2 Cup of White chocolate molten
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 3 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gc / u) hydrated and melted
  • 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups of berries
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 1 Cup of orange juice
  • 5 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gc / u) hydrated and melted
  • to taste of red fruit to decorate
  • to taste of caramelized orange sliced ​​to decorate

    Preparation

    For the base, in a food processor, process the chocolate cookies with the nut until you get a fine powder, mix with the butter and the hazelnut cream.
    Pour the base into a cake mold 15 cm in diameter with wax paper, compact with the help of a spoon and reserve.
    For the mousse, beat the yogurt with the white chocolate and the icing sugar until it is completely integrated, add the vanilla, the grenetina and continue beating until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
    In addition, beat the cream to beat until doubled in volume. Integrate the yogurt mixture in an enveloping way and pour into the mold on the cookie base, matching with the help of a stepped spatula.
    Refrigerate about 2 hours or until it completely settles in the Samsung Family HubTM refrigerator.
    For the gelatine, in a pot cook the red fruits with the sugar and the orange juice until they completely melt. Strain and add the hydrated and melted grenetine, mix very well. Cools taking care not to curdle.
    Pour the red fruit jelly over the yoghurt mousse and refrigerate until set in the Samsung Family HubTM refrigerator.
    Remove the cooling mousse and remove it carefully. Decorate with red fruits and crystallized orange slices.
