If the almonds are not yet peeled, they are left soaking in hot water for 1 day before and the skin is removed.
In a blender, the almonds are ground and a little cold water is added.
Sink the water with almonds, squeeze very well until only the juice remains (no lumps).
Add sugar and ice, stir with all the water needed to fill the jar.
