Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 asparagus
  • 4 carrots
  • 1/4 cups spinach
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 2 oranges, without the peel

Preparation

Place the asparagus, carrot, spinach, lettuce and orange in the juice extractor, process until a homogeneous juice is obtained.
Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass and enjoy.

You can use a blender if you do not have juice extractor
