Preparation
Put peaches in a blender in pieces, add sugar and water and mash. Put in the refrigerator to cool until the sugar dissolves and it is very cold.
Put a little extra sugar on a plate and glaze the glasses of champagne with sugar, passing first a little water so that the sugar sticks.
Put a spoonful of the peach puree in each glass and fill with Prosecco or frozen champagne.
