This rich champagne cocktail has a peach purée that gives it an exquisite flavor. It is perfect to welcome you to 2012!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 6 peaches, ripe, cut in half and boneless
  • 1 bottle prosecco, or cold champagne
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups Water

Preparation

Put peaches in a blender in pieces, add sugar and water and mash. Put in the refrigerator to cool until the sugar dissolves and it is very cold.
Put a little extra sugar on a plate and glaze the glasses of champagne with sugar, passing first a little water so that the sugar sticks.
Put a spoonful of the peach puree in each glass and fill with Prosecco or frozen champagne.
Enjoyment!
