Taking a healthy diet does not mean that you have to miss the delights of Christmas. Drink this delicious punch without any guilt.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1.5 liters of Water
  • 125 grams of guava cut in half
  • 1 orange cut in quarters with everything and shell
  • 190 grams of Mexican hawthorn boned and cut in half
  • 1 apple without heart and cut in quarters
  • 75 grams of prune pitted
  • 1 raja of cinnamon
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 on of black tea

    Preparation

    Heat the water with the guavas, oranges, tejocotes and apple in a pot over high heat. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and add the plums, cinnamon, cloves and prunes. (Try wrapping the cloves and cinnamon together so that you can easily remove them).
    Cook the punch over medium heat until the fruit has softened, about 45 minutes. Add black tea and sweeten with stevia to taste. If necessary, add a little more water. Cook for 10 more minutes.
    Turn off and remove cinnamon, cloves and black tea sachet.
    Enjoy!
