Preparation
Heat the water with the guavas, oranges, tejocotes and apple in a pot over high heat. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and add the plums, cinnamon, cloves and prunes. (Try wrapping the cloves and cinnamon together so that you can easily remove them).
Cook the punch over medium heat until the fruit has softened, about 45 minutes. Add black tea and sweeten with stevia to taste. If necessary, add a little more water. Cook for 10 more minutes.
Turn off and remove cinnamon, cloves and black tea sachet.
Enjoy!
