Bloody Mary is a very popular cocktail based on vodka with tomato juice, mixed with an acidic flavor of lime juice, with English sauce or worcestershire and a slight spicy touch very characteristic of this drink. Ideal for a brunch!

Ingredients

1 serving
  • to taste of green lemon cut into slices to frost
  • to taste of chilli powder to frost
  • to taste of Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 of ounce of English sauce or Worcestershire
  • 1/2 ounce of green lemon
  • 1 1/2 ounces of vodka (60 ml)
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • to taste of ice
  • 6 ounces of tomato juice
  • to taste of skewer of celery, olive and cherry tomatoes

Preparation

Frost your highball glass with lemon and chili powder, fill with ice.
Add the Tabasco sauce, the English sauce, the lime juice, the vodka, season with salt and pepper and mix with your dancer or a spoon.
Fill with the tomato juice and decorate with the wooden cocktail skewer.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with a wooden cocktail toothpick with celery, olive and cherry tomatoes.

TIPS

The "highball" or "Collins" glass is ideal for cocktails that combine a distillate or liquor with a mixer or a drink to dilute, allowing you to add a lot of ice and mix drinks directly into the glass.
