With this heat, who does not fancy a delicious mojito frappé de coco? This drink is refreshing, light and full of coconut and peppermint flavor with a touch of lemon and rum. You have to try it!

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/4 cups coconut cream, to frost
  • 1/4 cups coconut, frappé toasted, to frost
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cups lemon
  • 1/4 cups peppermint
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cups white rum
  • to taste peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Place the coconut cream on one plate and the coconut frappé on the other. Frost the glasses taking care not to drain. Let it dry
In a bowl, brown the sugar with the lemon and mint.
Blend the ice with the coconut cream, rum, and the previous preparation.
Serve in the previously frosted glass and decorate with mint. Enjoy
