Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 pineapples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 600 milliliters wine, digging

Preparation

We put the cava and sugar in a saucepan and heat it until the sugar dissolves.
We liquefy the pineapple.
When the cava has cooled, add the liquefied pineapple and the juice of the half lemon. We put the blender a little bit to mix well and put it in the freezer in a jar.
When it takes a couple of hours in the freezer, we beat it again to make it more granulated.

PRESENTATION
